On December the 10th, the racers will be drawing a name for their Secret Santa. They will have a week to purchase a gift of no more than $15. In the morning of the 17th, the racers can give the wrapped and labelled gift to their coaches. At 2pm, the coaches will bring their racers and gifts to the BBQ area at Horsethief lodge. Everybody will get a yummy hot chocolate and exchange their gifts.
Parents, you can pick up your racers from the Horsethief BBQ no later than 2:45pm, otherwise the coaches will take the racers back to the lodge for 3 pm.
