At Team Panorama, we have a strong volunteer community to support our kids, coaches and families.

While volunteering is rewarding, it's also a necessity.  Our annual race fees do not cover the costs of running a first-class ski team; we could not run our program without our committed volunteers.

There is a required volunteer commitment to support team and program sponsors, and to follow through on mandatory volunteerism at your child’s events and races (home & away) including the Lusti Cup, Linda Putnam, U14 Finals, and/or the FIS winter series.

There are many volunteer opportunities available, regardless of your skill level and time availability.

Alberta Alpine is partnering with Alpine Canada Alpin (ACA) to introduce Safe Sport, a program for members that will protect every sport participant – Athlete-Coach-Parent-Official-Volunteer

For the 2021-2022 season, all volunteers for FIS level races and all coaches MUST take the Safe Sport training offered through the National Coaching Certification Program (NCCP).
